Abstract

The objectives of the study were: 1) to examine Working performance efficacy in accordance with  iddhipadha of officer of lampang permanent way   maintenance division, northern region permanent way maintenance centre, civil engineering  department, state railway of thailand. 2) to investigate the relationship between personal factors and Working performance efficacy in accordance with  iddhipadha of officer of lampang permanent way   maintenance division, northern region permanent way maintenance centre, civil engineering  department, state railway of thailand. 3) to find out the problems and the way of problem – solving of Working performance efficacy in accordance with  iddhipadha of officer of lampang permanent way   maintenance division, northern region permanent way maintenance centre, civil engineering  department, state railway of thailand. 4) to explore the way of Iddhibada application to personnel performace, lampang maintenace division, northern maintenance centre, civil engineering department, state railway of thailand. The samples were 213 people using random sampling method, the sample size was determined by Taro Yamane Table form the 139 people by drawing. The data was collected by questionnaires. The data analysis was done with social sciences SPSS. The statistics used were values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis test with (Chi – Square Test) ( ). Least Significant Difference: LSD. An open-ended question that shows the problems, obstacles and suggestions, the researchers provide the issues for an open-ended questionnaire, then analyzed by using frequency and interviews, data grouping, the interview point and content analysis technique

The findings of the research were as follows:

1. The level of Working Performance Efficacy in Accordance lampang permanent way   maintenance division, northern region permanent way maintenance centre, civil engineering  department, state railway of thailand. found that respondent was at the high level ( =4.09)

2. To study the relationship between personal factors and an efficient performance of personnel according to Iddhibada, lampang maintenace division, northern maintenance centre, civil engineering department, state railway of thailand, Including gender,age, education, working time, position and income, it found that. Other factors, there is not the relationship with an efficient performance according to Iddhibada.

3. The problem and the way of problem – solving concerns with an efficient performance of personnel according to Iddhibada, it found that the most of problems are lacked of personnel performance and without a good motivation for performance. That should be chief executive officer that must increase workers and building a good motivation for performance such as increasing wage and welfare etc. that will increase an efficient performance.

4. The way of Iddhibada application to performance. 1) Chanda found that Chanda application for reinforcing an efficient performanceis building love, satisfaction to working, intend to work. 2) Viriya found that Viriya application for reinforcing an efficient performance is working by intention, enduring, effort for success. 3 ) Citta found that Citta application is paid attention to work extremely and with all one’s ability. There is responsibility to work and have to succeed and          4) Vimamsa found that Vimamsa application to performance is working concisely, checking thoroughly. When found the problems and the obstacles, have to seek the correct method for problem – solving.

5. The result of qualitative study found that the most information the subject of performance that have to love the work, is not down hearted to difficulty, there is perseverance to work, pay attention to work, there is respon sibility, they must meditate to various works, follow the process and regulation for an efficient performance.
