Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the service for people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang District, Phrae Province. 2) to compare the opinion of the people regarding the service for people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang District, Phrae Province by personal classification factor. 3) to study the problem, obstacle, and the suggestion in the service for people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang District, Phrae Province. 4) to study the development guidelines in the service for people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang District, Phrae Province.
The methodology was Mixed Methods Research. The population were 5,414 people who live in Namlao Municipality area , by using stratified sampling group hypothesis of Taro Yamane, 349 people. The data were collected by questionnaire and the data analysis was done with Social Science SPSS. The statistics were used values of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, hypothesis test with t-test, F-test, one way ANOVA and differentiates the dual average with Least Significant Difference:LSD. In the part of opened and close questionnaire to show the problem, obstacle, and suggestion the researcher was arrange the group according to issue of open – end. Then, they were analyzed by frequency and in-depth-interview collecting data from 7 key informants, the researcher will gather data on the essence of the in-depth-interview and then by content analyzed by descriptive interpretation.
The results of the research were found as follow ;
1) The level of the effectiveness in public services the service for
people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang district, Phrae province ,were found that had the level of service for people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization at the high level ( =3.87,S.D. = 0.601).
2) The comparison of the level of the service for people according to
Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang district, Phrae Province, was hypothesis tested by analyzing in aspects of individual factors consist of sex, age, educational background and monthly income were found statistically positive related at a .01 level of significance. Which is accepted the hypothesis. While difference occupation was found that no significant different. Which was not accepted the hypothesis.
3) The problem, obstacle, and the suggestion for the service for
people according to Buddhadhamma of Namlao Sub-district Administrative Organization Rongkwang District, Phrae Province, was found that electric system – municipal water supply were not good enough for people, insanitary refuse disposal, did not pledge, non-cooperation in traditional activities .So officers and employees should take care of electric system – municipal water supply, insanitary disposal, finance budget for delayed projects for people with equality, consistency and continuity.
4) The development guidelines in the service for people was found that the most key informants give precedence to power of body, mind and intelligence to solve problems, by using mellifluous word, should tolerate and explain to suggestion of unknown people for camaraderie, should not indifferent, finance budget for delayed projects and activities, should not discriminant, prejudice, should convent in work, equality and continuity of service. And furnish to public participation more.
