ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the opinions of the personnel to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province, 2) to study the comparison of the personnel’s openions to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province, 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province. It was the mixed research method between the quantitative and qualitative research. The sampling group was 177 personnel of Sub-District Local Administrative Organization in Bangpamar District, Suphanburi Province. The statistics were used for the data analysis through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), T-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD. and the data analysis from in-depth interview by using the content analysis technique
The findings of the research as follows :
1. The personnel of Sub-district Local Administrative Organization in Bangpamar District, Suphanburi Province had the opinions to personnel’s Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province. It was a good level for overall with an average as ( =4.17). When considered in each side found that the authority to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province as Chantha (Passion) ( =4.25), Viriya (Diligence) ( =4.16), Chitta (Mind) ( =4.16), Vimangsa (Investigation) ( = 4.12).
2. The findings of opinions comparison of the personnel’s to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province, classified by personal data such as sex, age, level of education, career and income, and found that the authorities who had the difference of age, had the opinions to promotion towards authority to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province in overall differently with significance of statistics at 0.01. But the people who had the difference of income, had the opinions to authority to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province differently with significance of statistics at 0.05. But the authority who had the differences of age, status and level of education, had had the opinions to authority to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province indifferently.
3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions about the authority to Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province differently (1) passion of assigned task, the authority that is assigned the unskilled work and insufficient data so should assign by putting the right on the right job (2) To diligence of assigned task, the authority is assigned the improper work so the authority dos not like to work. Therefore, authority should have the full satisfaction and patience. (3) Mind to work from assigned task, the authorities are over interested in online media such as facebook, line etc. and then they do not pay attention for their works. Therefore, the authorities should develop themselves for having enough ability and give the important to the maximum work and efficiently. (4.) Investigation and improvement of assigned work, within the organization has overload work and lack of evaluation, sometimes to investigate or examine the mistake and careless works due to they do not know and understand to work in the organization. So, should develop the methods of works and can examine by using the modern technology to match with the demand of organization.
4. The findings from interview, found that the guidelines for the Work Performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personnel at Bangplama District, Suphanburi Province differently, could summarize as following, The authority had the compassion or satisfaction of assigned task, was satisfying with successful work by having the plan for assigned work and was successful in the assigned work. While, the diligence or work hard of assigned task, had the attention to work from assignment seriously by using the brain to examine both sides good and bad sides including problems and obstacle and found the ways to solution of the authority of Sub-District Local Administrative Organization.
