The objectives of this research were to study application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development of personnel in mapping technology division Department of Lands,- to compare the opinions of personnel on application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development in mapping technology division Department of Lands, and to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the working efficiency according to Application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development of personnel in mapping technology division Department of Lands.

This research was a mixed methods approach. The quantitative research was conducted by studying the samples of 112 respondents which selected by stratified random sampling of 155 persons who were personnel of mapping technology division Department of Lands. The sample size derived from the Taro Yamane’s formula. The tool used for data collection was 5 levels rating scale questionnaire at reliability level of 0.962. Statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, One Way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Different: LSD. The quantitative research was conducted by In-depth interviewing the 7 key informants who were personnel of mapping technology division Department of Lands which selected by Purposive sampling and analyzed by using content analysis technique.

          1) Application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development of personnel in mapping technology division Department of Lands in overall were at a high level ( = 3.62). After considering each side, and found that it was also at high level.

          2) The comparison of personnel opinions of application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development of personnel in mapping technology division Department of Lands separating by different factors of each person, including sex, age, educational level duration of work and income found that the samples who were different in sex and duration of work had not different opinions, but th samples who were different in age, educational level and income had different opinions at 0.05. So it was accepted hypotheses

          3) The problems and obstacles application of Buddha-dhamma for efficiency development of personnel in mapping technology division Department of Lands were 1) Chanda aspect, lack the time for working, 2) Viriya aspect, lack personnel who had knowledge and experience in line, 3) Citta aspect, lack coordinating in organization and 4) Vimamsa aspect, lack checking the plan of work. Obstacles were 1) Chanda aspect, planed the work system and allocated time for work, 2) Viriya aspect, trained and evaluated personnel regularly 3) Citta aspect, Meeting Planning Coordinator in side organization 4) Vimamsa aspect, monitored and evaluated regularly.
