ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department, 2) to compare the Application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department classified by personals data, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions to the Application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department.
The research methodology was the mixed method research between the quantitative and qualitative methods. The ways to collect the data were used as in- depth interview and survey research. The sampling group of this research were personnels of Legal Execution Department 287 persons from 1,018 persons that selected from Taro Yamane fomula and analysed by application program for social science. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and test hypothesis by t-test, f-test by one way analysis of variance; ANOVA, and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD. and the qualitative method used in-depth interview from key informants and analysed data with context.
The findings of this research were as followings:
1. The Application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department was found that personnels applied Sãrãnĩyadhamma for work in legal execution department at high level ( = 4.10, S.D. = 0.52) when considered by each as follow responsibility success situation of working nature of working and administration-relation with friends found that personnels Application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department at high level all side.
2. The comparison for the application of Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in legal execution department were classified by sex, age, graduated, position, experience and salary found that sex, graduated, position and salary were differently at 0.05. The hypothesis were accepted, for the rest factors did not applied Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department, The hypothesis were rejected.
3. The problems and obstacles to applied Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department were found that 1) personnel had not discussion and went out of goal 2) not share data and knowledge together and there is no suggestion together 3) there was no liaison each other not develop themselves 4) there was careless to operate and operate follow by policy that was not concern organization aims 5) not operate with order of organization and not wish each other. For suggestion to applied Sãrãnĩyadhamma for personnels working in Legal Execution Department found that 1) should be listened each other to operation and keep the target to be success 2) should be informed the information each other and willing inform to work sincerely 3) should be liaison each other and make understand between working to operate smoothly and education continuous to develop themselves 4) should be careless for operation and should be operated concern with policy of organization 5) should be operated follow by order of organization and wish each other to make relationship within organization.
