Abstract
The objectives of this study were : 1) to study the integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province, 2) to compare the integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province, classified by personnel factors, and 3) to study problems obstacles and suggestions the integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province. The research methodology was the mixed method research between the quantitative and qualitative methods. for the quantitative research, the data were collected by 370 questionaire both closed and opened end with the 370 from 4,846 persons who lived in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation : S.D., t-test, f-test and one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference : lsd, while the qualitative research collected data by in-depth interview from 7 key informants.
The research findings were as follows :
1. The integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province found that the overall were in high level at average as 3.66 that the same result when considered by each aspect follows : planning, organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling.
2. The comparison the integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province, classified by personnel factors found that the people who had different education disagreed with indifferent in significant at 0.05, thus the hypothesis was accepted. while the rest of factors were not response, thus the hypothesis were rejected.
3. The problems obstacles and suggestions the integration of royal virtues for administration of administrators in Both sub-district administrative organization, Phimai district Nakhonratchasima province found that this organization lacked of continuous in project procedure that did not follow plan that communicated with the people and the people lacked of unity. then the suggestions should be controlled the projects be finished in time that were become to the application for be aid in this community.
