Abstract

ABSTRACT 

The objectives of this research were 1)The study of knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation department , 2)-To compare the level of understanding about personnel management,knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation department.By personal factors,and3) To study the problems and solutions in the knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation department.The research methodology was the mixed method researchboth the quantitative and qualitative methods. The data collected byquestionairs. The samplings were the staffsin Legal Execution Department Ministry of Justice 165 persons that used TaroYamane formula and the data were analyzed by ready social sciences program and the statistics were used by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; SD, t-test and F-test by one way analysis of variance; anova, andtest the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD with statistically significance at 0.05.The qualitative methodscollected data by in - depth Interview with Key Informants.

 

The findings of this research were as following :

1. The study of knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation departmentfound that staffs and evaluation in overall were in high level (  = 4.13)-when considered in each aspect found that Knowledge Assets : KA were in high level too.

2. To compare the level of understanding about personnel management, knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation departmentby personal factors , sex and position were different , then the hypothesis were accepted , while age ,education leveland year of service were indifferent  , then the hypothesis were rejected.

3.The problems and solutions in the management, knowledge management and organizational of bmastrategic evaluation departmentas follows 1) Knowledge Vision : KV found that the staffs lack of the sharing ,did not expressand denied for the changing that should be educated for the staffs to appreciated the important of vision setting.2)Knowledge Sharing :KS found that the staffs did not participate for knowledge exchange that should be supported and realized to set knowledge center for protect the lost of knowledge. 3)Knowledge Assets : KA found that did not pass on knowledge and updated then should be set the knowledge organization by team for collected all of its like an assets that up to date.
