Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this research are: 1) to study The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province, 2) to compare to the opinions of The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the way of The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province.

The research methodology was the mixed method research between the quantitative and qualitative methods.For the quantitative research, The research methodology is the Survey Research collecting the data in the Field Study of 165 persons samples of by Huaytaptan Subdistrict Administrative Organization staffs Cluster Sampling from R.V.Krejcie & D.W.Morgan Table. The data analysis by frequencies, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, one way analysis of variance and compare the least significant difference: LSD., while the qualitative research collected data by in- depth interview from 7 Key Informants and used content analysis technique.

The main findings of this research are as follows:

 

1. To opinions of the staffs toward The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province in the general is at high level ( = 3.99). When considered that all sides found that the Sila ( = 3.99), Meditation ( = 3.96), and Wisdom ( = 4.01) are at high every aspect.

 

2. The result of comparison to the opinions of staffs toward The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province. To test the hypothesis by analyzing the differences between the variables like sex, age, education level, and personal status have the impact on opinions of staffs not much that it is not statistically significant difference at .05 so the relevant hypothesis set forth could be rejected.

3. The ways of The Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha of Sub-district Administrative Organization in Huaithapthan District Sisaket Province are: Administrators should that have a good Leadership, good Practice, equitable, and good knowledge for take a policy about a planning. Administrators should that plan about the Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha and adjust the ways of a good administration. Personnel should that focus, understand and practice According to policy of the Human Resource Development according to Tisikkha
