ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were ; 1) to study the level of public’ satisfaction with the Service in accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province, 2) to compare the satisfaction of the public with the Service in Accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province, classified by personal factors, 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about with the Service in accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province and, 4) to study guidelines of with the Service in accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province. The research used the Mixed Methods which carried out by the Quantitative research. The Sample population for this study was 225 people of Muang Lamphun Municipality’s service users. The researcher determined the size of sample group which refers to Krejcie and Morgan method. The data collection was a Questionnaire, Data analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science Research. Statistical analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Average(mean) and Standard Deviation, hypothesis testing with T-test and F-test, using one-way Analysis of Variance(One Way ANOVA). In case of Variables more than three groups, Finding the differences examined, differences in pairs using a Variance Least Significant Difference(LSD). And the Qualitative Research, the researcher using the In-depth Interview with the key informants.
The results showed that :
1) Public service users mostly female amount 126 people, represented 56.0 percent, aged between 20 - 35 years, an amount 96 people, represented 42.7 percent, levels of education in the diploma of Vocational - Bachelor Degree, 124 people represented 55.1 percent, were employees 99, people represented 44.0 percent, monthly income of 5,000 - 10,000 baht 91 people, represented 40.4 percent, who had experienced for 2 - 3 times on service users 91 people, represented 40.4 percent. The public service satisfaction in overall level as in high . When considered each aspect, found that the public service users had satisfaction at a high level on all sides.
2) The comparison results between the satisfactions of the people classified by personal factors with sex, education and different career. The satisfaction with the Service according to Sangahavatthu was no different, aged, monthly income and experience of different services were satisfied the services according to Sangahavatthu, different.
3) The result of problems, obstacles and suggestions about the Service in accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province found that, no facility, for example, parking services, service on official day hours only, impolite speech, performing only one duty, no equality, The improvement are providing adequate facilities, emphasizes service minded, subsidizing, correcting problems, include providing equality and equal.
4) The guidelines of the Service in accordance with Sangahavatthu of Muang Lamphun Municipality, Lamphun Province are as follows: Fast, Right and Fair to service users, desire the service users to receive the highest satisfaction, kindly speech, polite speech, tempered control, helping every person without discrimination, and equal.
