ABSTRACT
The objectives of the study were: 1) to examine the satisfaction level of people toward the service according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province. 2) to compare the satisfaction toward the service according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province. 3) to explore the problems, the obstacles and the recommendations toward people sevice according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province and 4) to investigate the application of Sangahavatthus for efficiency development toward people service of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province. This research was a mixed research method. The samples were 4,226 people, the sample size was determined by Taro Yamane Table form the 375 people. The data was collected by questionnaires. The data analysis was done with social sciences SPSS. The statistics used were values of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Hypothesis test with T – test, F-test. It is also analyzed by the one-way Anova. In the case of independent variable since 3 group up found that difference with Least Significant Difference: LSD by statistically significant at the 0.05 level and data from interviews, the researcher will form into data groups according to important part of the interview and then content analysis technique.
The findings of this research were found as follows:
1. The opinion level toward the services according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province found that the overall was at the medium level ( = 3.39, when considering into each aspect, it was found that samanattata was at the high level but Dana, Piyavaca and Atthacariya was at the medium level.
2. The comparison of opinion level toward the service according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province, The hypothesis test that different analysis according to classify by personal factors, including gender, age, education, occupation, frequency to use the service, it found that different age, education and occupation there is the opinion toward the different service was statistically significant at the 0.01 and 0.05 level , for gender and frequency of the service, the opinion into the service is no different.
3. The problems and the obstacles toward the service according to sangavatthus of Takad Police Station, Meata district, Lamphun province conclude that 1) Dana aspect: the police officer do not have public relations, recommendation and procedure toward the service that police officer should be suggested or various procedure about the service. 2) Piyavaca aspect: the speech of police station is still not polite properly that the officer should be spoken polite word and friendly service. 3) Atthacariya: the officers do not help the people in connecting with other section and there are at least the officers, should be at station for service the people and 4) Samanattata aspect: the service has not the flexible because they have to follow by regulation but should have the flexible.
4. The result of qualitative study found that the most informants on the subject of the services that concern with the four Sangahavatthus. Particularly, the service model that is convenient, fast and fair to all. There are polite word, various helping to people and impression into users service.
