ABSTRACT
The purposes of this study were: 1. To study the performance of the troop in Personnel Development Division 3, Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province; based on Iddipadadhamma for success, 2. to compare the performance of the troop in Personnel Development Division 3,Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province; sorted by personal factor, 3. to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the performance of the troop in Personnel Development Division 3, Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province; based on Iddipadadhamma for success, and 4. to study the guidelines for the performance of the troop in Development Division 3 Personnel , Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province; based on Iddipadadhamma for success.
The research method used in this study was Mixed Research Method: Quantitative and Survey Research Method. The sampling cluster was the population of 141 the soldiers from 218 in Headquarters of Personnel Development Division 3, in the area of King Baromtrailoknat Camp, Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province. Taro Yamane Formula was used to calculate datum from questionnaires which have reliability at 0.884. Statistics for datum analysis are Frequency, Mean and Standard Deviation. Hypotheses was proved by F-test and One Way Anova.Least Significant Difference Method was used for testing paired differences. Make a presentation through frequency distributing schedules of open-ended questions respondents, in addition with description. Indepth-Interview with 7 Key Informants was done by using Content and ContextAnalysis Technique for Qualitative Research.
The findings indicated that : 1 The performance level of the troop inPersonnel Development Division 3, Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, phitsanulok Province; based on Iddipadadhamma for success, was at high for overall paths. ( = 3.72 ) Considering each path, Passion ( = 3.86), Investigation
( = 3.77), Mind ( = 3.64) and Diligence ( = 3.51) were descending sequence by average. 2. Sorted by personal factor, the comparison of the performance level of the troop in Personnel Development Division 3, Samorkhae Sub-district, Muang District, Phitsanulok Province; based on Iddipadadhamma for success, was found that the soldiers in Personnel Development Division 3 , who were different in gender, age, education level, position and income; had indifferent points of view. This hypotheses was rejected.
The problems and obstacles of the performance of the troop in Personnel Development Division 3 ; based on Iddipadadhamma for success, were revealed that they lacked of motivation to work due to higher cost of living but insufficient income, effort to deal with unfamiliar mission, prudence which often caused errors in filing system, initiative because subordinators must follow the order of the commanders in military administration. Moreover, some materials and accessories were shortage and some were incomplete to use. And military disciplines didn’t encourage to work.
The suggestions were proposed that the commanders should: provide extra jobs for the troop so as to increase income for daily expense. supply enough materials and accessories in good condition. create motivation and reinforce the diligent ones. clarify military disciplines to the troop and let them participate in the mission. organize workshops and training about filing system in the office. negotiate and reconcile the troop’s notion in working replacement. be broad-minded to provide opportunity for the troop to expose useful opinion in working.
