Abstract

         The objective of the research were : 1) to study the temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchediNakhonpathom province, 2) to compare the temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchediNakhonpathom province,  3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchediNakhonpathom province. This research study is a mixed method research between quantitative research and qualitative research. The data collection is the in depth interview from 395 tourists at WatPhrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom province. The statistics used to analyze data are frequency, percentage ,mean and standard deviation :S.D. and hypothesis testing by t test , F test , by one - way ANOVA , and Least Significant Different: LSD with significantly statistics at 0.05 and opened questions about problems, obstacles and suggestion to monastery management for Buddhism tourism place of WatPhrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom province.

         The findings of this research as following :

         1. The temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchedi Nakhonpathom province in overall, was at high level. When considered in each aspect, found that it was at high level.

         2. The result of analysis the temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchediNakhonpathom province, found that questionnaire correspondents who had the difference with gender, age, education, the questionnaire correspondents had the opinion to the monastery management for Buddhism tourism place of WatPhrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom  province indifferently and questionnaire correspondents who had the difference with age, career and income, time for visiting WatPhrapathomchedi in Nakhonpathom province differently as significantly statistic at 0.05.

         3. The problems and obstacles about the temple management for buddhist tourism of WatPrapathomchediNakhonpathom province, found that the monastery management had the map to show the domestic area unclearly and no authority of monastery to inform the tourists and lack of public relation and no variety of activity to attract within the monastery.

         For the suggestions about monastery should have the map to show the domestic area clearly and should have authority of monastery to inform the tourists and should have the label to inform the activity of monastery in advance clearly for public relation to tourists.
