Abstract

         The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the participation of people to the Great Taksin Buddhist college creation in Tak province, 2) To compare the participation of people to the Great Taksin Buddhist college creation in Tak province in Tak province, 3) To study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the participation of people to the Great Taksin Buddhist college creation in Tak province. This research is the mixed method research. The sampling group was the 380 people who have the right for election at Nongbuatai sub-district. The tool is used for this research with scale questionnaire. The researcher had the data analysis through frequency, percentage, and average, standard deviation (S.D) for describing data from variables or personal characteristics. The analysis was also done through t-test for analysis the hypotheses in order to test the average difference between the two groups and       f-test by one-way ANOVA and present the article with table by explaining the frequency of correspondents from opened questionnaire and the qualitative research was the in depth interview from 7key informants and the content analysis technique.

         The findings of this research as follows :

         1. The people participated to create the Great Taksin Buddhist college in Tak province in overall, was at high level. When considered in each aspect, found that it was at high level for all aspects.

         2. The findings the comparison of opinion of people to create the Great Taksin Buddhist college in Tak province, classified by personal factors, found that the people who had the difference of gender and age, had the opinion to the Great Taksin Buddhist college creation in Tak province in overall indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis. For the people who had the difference of education and in come, had the opinion to participation of the Great Taksin Buddhist college creation in Tak province in overall differently. It is significantly statistic at 0.05.

         3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions : The questionnaire correspondents suggested the problems and obstacles to reflect the process of decision making, found  that  the fund collection to create the Great Taksin Buddhist college was highest frequency was the lack of unity , lack of money, unclearly public relations. No planning is one out of many problems for decision making, no alternative and guideline of working for better decision like having plan and stage of working systematically for making confident of fund supporters for using the data for decision making until low social cost and ambition by having the following suggestions :        1) Should create the network and confidence with people for social capital creation.    2) The university or related agencies should have the plan for organization development clearly and concretely. 3) Should create the knowledge and cultivate the consciousness with personnel to love the organization and realize to work for organization with heart. 4) To set up activity for the fund collection should be limited of society, culture and tradition. 5) The related agencies must give the information and to open the data for activity of fund collection to create the transparency and can examine it.
