Abstract
The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the opinion of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province. 2) to find out the opinion of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province by personal factors. 3) to investigate the problems, obstacles and suggestions the opinion of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province. 4) to explore the opinion of women towards the application guidelines of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province. The research used mixed method research. The data collected by using the questionnaire with the samples were 375 people selected from the members of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds and in – depth interview with the key of informant 10 persons. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and descriptive analysis content.
The findings of the research were as follows:
1. The opinion level of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province was at the high level in all aspects.
2. The result of opinion comparison of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province classified by personal factors, it was found that income of women was different. The opinion of women towards the application of Aparihaniyadhamma in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds, Hangdong district, Chiang Mai province was not significant differences at 0.05. Age, education, occupation was different but not different opinion.
3. The problems, obstacles and suggestion was found that administration problem about attending the meeting because unable to attend the meeting, the project was discontinuous, lack of supporting further budget from the project was conducted. The suggestion should inform in advance meeting schedule and the project should be continued and further budget from the project was conducted.
4. The guideline in administration of Nong Tong sub-district women empowerment funds should be open to women in the community to participate in the meeting for finding the ways to solve the problem upcoming. The promoting members to cooperate fund in organization management by paying respect to fund administrator according to seniority, qualification and duty position. Further supporting project for activities development of women towards development of women’s welfare and making love and relationship.
