Abstract

The objectives of the thesis entitled “The Work Performance in accordance with Iddhipadadhamma of Village-Health Volunteers of Buakkang Sub-district Municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng District, Chiangmai Province” were as follows: 1) to examine the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng district, Chiangmai province. 2)to compare examine the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng district, Chiangmai province classified by personnel factors.              3) to investigate the problems, obstacles and suggestions of examine the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng district, Chiangmai province.         4) to study the guideline of work performance  according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng district, Chiangmai province. This research is mixed research method.  The samples were 367 people by using quantitative research.

The findings of this research were found as follows:

1) Most people were female, 56.4 percent of 207 people. Aged 46-55 years, 30.5 percent of 112 people. Primary education, 46.6 percent of 171 people. Employed occupation, 39.2 percent of 144 people. Monthly income of less than 10,000, 66.8 percent of 245 people.

2) The opinion level of the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipaltiy, Sankamphaeng district, Chiangmai province was overall at the high level (X̅ = 4.08). When considering in each aspect, it was found that the opinion level of the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma was at the high level. Chanda was at the highest level (X̅= 4.13). Vimamsa was at the lowest level (X̅ = 4.03).   

3) the comparison opinion of the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipality by testing the hypothesis with different analysis according to personal factors, including gender, age, education, occupation and income found that gender, education, occupation and income was not different but age was different. Then, accepted the hypothesis.

4) The result of problems, obstacles and suggestions about the work performance according to Iddhipadadhamma of village-Health volunteers of Buakkang sub-district municipality. It was included that the villagers were not participating in the performance, lack of inefficiency in the work performance and no attention to work detail a lot. This should train the health volunteers to be ready to work more as a team. The related authorities should follow and supervise the work of health volunteers is always and should pay attention to work and responsible for more that increased the performance more and more.

5) The result of qualitative study was found that the Key  informants, most of them focused on community-health volunteers that have to attention, love at work, diligence, operational carefully, work on consciousness, enhancing the performance as well.
