Abstract
The objective of this thesis is to study the factors consisting the Good Company, which affect the choices of friends made by primary school students at Bangchak school (Komolprasert-utis), Bangkok’s Bhasicharoen district. The sampling group consists of 90 persons. Statistical used to conduct the research were analyses of basis data, i.e. percentage, average of and Standard Deviation. The Multiple Correlation is used as analytical tool for the research objective. The research found that:
The sampling group’s attitudes toward ill-mannered friends relate significantly, at the statistical level of 0.05, to their decision to make friends. The result is also related in the direct-line method that it can be created an Equation-Prediction on the determination of accepting friends at the percentage of 28.20 with the basic tolerance level of .3.995.
In studying difficulties concerning the choice of friends, the research found that 1) the most troubled point is that those who like to drink alcohol are the ones well-accepted into the group, which worries the participants that the drinkers may lead them to problems. 2) the most troubled point towards ill-mannered friends is that although they misbehave but the participants still want to associate with them, and 3) in making a decision to have friends, the participants found it difficult to refuse when they persuade them to go for a night life.
