Abstract
The thematic paper, “An Analytical Study of the Applied Threefold Training to Education Management in Non-Formal” had main purposes to study the principle of Threefold Training in Theravada Buddhism and to study the applied Threefold Training to education management in non-formal education.
A result of this study was found that Threefold Training was a development process of morality, concentration and wisdom. The importance of Threefold Training was a principle of developing life for success according to Buddhism. It was a systematic process of education with clear objective. Because there was the requirement of the trained person full of knowledge and clear understand about education management relating to a way of life and occupation, the non-formal education was flexible to organize objectives, forms, methods of education. It was the addition of received knowledge in school or universitys. When a person finished a study and worked in a period of time, the non-formal education started learning from experience and work in a way of life.
The applied Threefold Training to the education management in non-formal education was to make human beings perfect. This change started from mental aspects full of moral control, presentation of behaviour, and consciousness of living together with environment and societies. This educational system was done to achieve purposes efficiently because the students were developed with rules (Sila) in a study, stable mind in a study (Samādhi), knowledge (Paññā) For adaptation in behavior and requirement to live in the systematic education and morality in order to develop life, societies and a country.
