Abstract
The purposes of the study of the leadership of Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) at Taluang Temple, Phichit Province were : 1) to study the tought and the theory about leadership based Buddhism, 2) to study the leadership of Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) 3) to apply the leadership of Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) by using quality research , interviewing 10 people and analyzing the contents .
Research finding showed that :
1) The leader is very important for the organization because the leader is the person who can convince others to achieve the goal as for Buddhism; Lord Buddha is the leader who is good inside and outside. He is good not only personality but also knowledge and morality. He taught about Organization 4, the way to get away from all troubles which can lead people to nibbana
2) The researcher thinks that Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) is a kind monk who fulfills for Buddhism, especially in education and social work. It truly shows his leadership. According to 6 tasks of monks , Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) rules other monks like he is their father. He supports education and social work by donating his money for scholarship. He also expands Buddhist lessons for people on Buddhist day or special Buddhist day. Besides , he sends monks to teach Buddhism at school. For public benefit, he built and restored many temples that is very useful for society.
3) The application of leadership of Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmi Paripunno) showed that he supports monks to follow Buddhist lessons and rules of monks which go well with monk discipline. He has high vision in world knowledge and Buddhism. He encourages monks to have knowledge to develop themselves, family and community. He wants wants monks to get knowledge to maintain Buddhism. He has kind personality and discipline. People admire him and give him respect. According to 6 tasks that he used for organization found that :
Phra Rajwichitmolee (Bhunmee Paripunno) uses Buddhist lessons to rules his monks which are Sovereignty 3 and 4 Principles virtuous existence . For administration , he uses Sangahavatthu 4. For Education and social work , he uses Strength 5. He also uses Saraniyadhamma 6 to support his leadership to make equality in organization.
He uses Direction 6 to make leaders have a good relationship with subordinate people. He uses Aparihaniyadhamma 7 to make monks live together peacefully and he uses Virtues of a gentleman 7 to integrate knowledge , potential and intelligence for administration to make successful and efficient organization
