Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the concept, theory, Buddhadhamma, and ways for the Buddhish Leadership of Local Adiministration Leader at Paising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province , 2) to study the generality of the leadership of the local leaders at Phaising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nalkon Sawan Province, and 3) to present the Buddhish Leadership of Local Adiministration Leader at Paising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province.
This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the Quantitative Research and the Qualitative Research. The tools were the questionnaire and the In-depth interview from 8 key informants. The statistics used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation.
The Results of the Research
1. The concept, theory, Buddhadhamma and ways for the Buddhish Leadership of Local Adiministration Leader at Paising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province found the the leaders must have the Buddhist principles such as. The Four Brahmavihara was the sublime states of mind and the ways for the good leaders. Moreover, The leader must work effectively and efficiently, participate to the people, and apply the Buddhist principles in the working.
2. The generality of the leadership of the local leaders at Phaising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province was at high level. When considering 1 each aspects, it was found that Upekkha was = 4.43, Murdita was = 4.41, Karuna was = 4.35, and Metta was = 4.35
3. The Buddhish Leadership of Local Adiministration Leader at Paising Sub-District, Chumsaeng District, Nakhon Sawan Province were that, For Metta, the leaders should have the responsibility, listen to the other’s opinion, give the advice to the people, and be kind. For Karuna, the leaders should solve the problems together, suggest the advantage and disadvantage to the people, help the people and give the suggestions to the people. For Mudita, the leaders should trust in the people, give the opportunities to the people in the opinion, and promote the people in the training. For Upekkah, the leaders should be honest, work honestly and close to the people in the community.
