The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of an application of morality ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province, 2) to compare the application of the morality ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Klongklung District, Kamphaeng Phet Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and ways for the development of the application of the morality ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province.

          This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 387 people at Klongklung Sub- District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-depth interview from the 9 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One-way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.

              1. Overall, the application of the morality ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province was at the middle level (=3.17) When considering each aspect, it was found that preserving the truth was at the highest level (=3.37). Then, the unity was=3.25, and promoting the good people was =3.24. The honesty and the equity were =3.19. The self-restraint was =3.18. Refraining the sin was =3.11. The patience was =3.09. The kindness was =3.07. However, the sacrifice was at the lowest level (=2.99).

              3. The problems and obstacles of the application of the morality and ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province were that the commander was not fair to the staff and did not promote the staff in the training to develop the knowledge and capability. Moreover, the staff did not use the wisdom in the solution, and had no the patience to the difficulty in the working. The staff did not listen to the other’s opinion. The ways for the development of the application of the morality and ethics in the management of Klongklung Sub-District District Administrative Organization, Kamphaeng Phet Province were that the commander should be fair to the staff and promote the staff in the training to develop the knowledge and capability. Moreover, the staff should use the wisdom in the solution and have the patience to the difficulty in the working. The staff should listen to the other’s opinion.
