Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to study Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization. In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to compare the opinion toward the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization. In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province by classifying on the personal factor, and 3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions for the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization. In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province.

This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the Quantitative Research and Qualitative Research. The sample was 145 from 226 personal at Sub – District Administrative Organization. In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province by the formula of Taro Yamane. The statistics used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD The tools were the Qualitative Research and In-depth.Interview from, Key Informants.

The Results the Research

 

1. Overall, the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province was at high level (= 4.09) when considering each aspects, it was found that Sila (morality) was (= 4.07), Samadhi (Concentrative) was (= 4.08), and Panna (Wisdom) was (= 4.12)

2. The comparison of the opinion toward the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province by classifying on the personal factors found the sample having the different gender, age, degree of education and work experience had no the different opinion toward the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province therefore, the hypothesis was denied However, the sample having the different position and income had the different opinion toward the Buddhist Integration and the Human Resource Development of Sub–District, Administrative Organization In Mueang District, Nakhon Sawan Province at 0.05 of statistical significance. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted

3. The problem and obstacles were that the personnel did not perform strictly and fully did not the effort in the activities, could not solve the problem, and did not develop the knowledge and people capability

The suggestions were that the administrations should support the personnel in the performance strictly and fully, make the motivation to the personnel, promote the academic knowledge and occupation to the personnel, and support the personnel to the higher education to make the vision in the organization and local development.
