Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the level of the development of work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to compare the development of work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the development of the work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province.
This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 155 Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The tools of the research were questionnaire and in-Depth interview from the 8 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.
Results of the Research
1. Overall, the development of work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province was at the middle level (=3.29). When considering each aspect, it was found that the Chanda (Desire) was at the highest level (=3.39). Then, the Vimamsã (discrimination) was (=3.30) and the Viriya (Energy or will) was (=3.29). Moreover, the Citta (Consciousness) was at the lowest level (=3.18).
2. The comparison of the development of work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province by classifying on the personal factors found that the Personal having the different gender, age, degree of education, position and income had influence to the development of the work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.
3. The problems and obstacles of the development of work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province were that assigning the duty was unsuitable to the capability of Personal. The Personal did not sacrifice in the working, had no the motivation in the working, had no the unity in the working, and had no the responsibility in the service to the people. The Personal did not work careful.
The suggestions for the development of the work efficiency according to Iddhipadadhamma of Personal at Takli Municipality in Takli District, Nakhon Sawan Province were that assigning the duty was suitable to the capability of Personal. The Personal sacrificed in the working. The administrators should build the motivation in the working to the Personal, and have the public relations to the Personal for giving the importance in the working. The Municipality should provide the training in giving the knowledge and understanding to the Personal in the service mind. The Personal should have the responsibility in the service to the people, and work carefully.
