Abstract

This objectives of this research were to 1) to study the of Buddhadhamma Integration for Staffs Performance in Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province, 2) study the relations between Buddhadhmma and the performance of the working of Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province, and 3) study the prolems, obstacles and suggestions towards the Buddhadhamma Integration for Staffs Performance in Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province.

This study were the Mixed Method Research, consisting of quantitative, survey and qualitative research, The researcher set the whole population as the sampling group for the amount of 112 persons The distributing 112 questionnaire were used to collect the data. For the qualitative research, the In-Depth Interview with a key informants was to use in this study in order to arapport the quantitative research. The Data analysis was done waing the statistics on frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient to test the hypothesis on the relationship between the integration Buddhadhamma and the performance of the working officers of Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province.

The results of this study were :

1) The integration of Brahmavihãra 4 (holy abidings) to the working of Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province,  appeared in average at the high level (µ = 4.02). When considering into each item, showed  that  there  was  positive relations at the high levels for all items.

2) The relation between the integration Brahmavihãra 4 and the performance of the working of Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province, it revealed that the positive relations was at the high level (R = 0.846). When considered each item of Brahmavihãra 4 : Mettã (loving-kindness), Karunã (compassion), Muditã (sympathetic joy) and Upekkhã (neutrality) applied to determine  the performance of working officers of Saklek Municipality, it showed in average at the high levels for all items with positive relation.

3) The guidelines and the suggestions to improve and develop the relationship between the integration Brahmavihãra 4 and the performance of the working officers of Saklek Municipality, Saklek District, Phichit Province, showed that knowledge and well understanding in Buddhadhamma should be provided correctly to the working officers in the organization. Both the executives and the working officers showed practice so that they could take such useful knowledge received from the integration of Buddhadhamma to the in performance. Besides, they showed networking organizations to mutually study, learn and exchange experience of the integration of Buddhadhamma to their performances.
