ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were 1) to study leadership of Sangha Administration, 2) to study Sangha administration leadership of Phra dharmapanpilas (Adul  Amaro) for Sangha administration, 3)The guideline that applying in the leadership of Phra dharmapanpilas (Adul  Amaro) for Sangha administration. This research used Qualitative research that fools for research was in-depth interview with 15 key informances. Data was analysed by content analysis by content analysis technique The research finding were as follows : Sangha administration leadership of Phra dharmapanpilas (Adul  Amaro) ad follows 6 sides of sangha administration as follows

1) Sangha administration was followed by Sangha Act and discipline by regulations, commands, announcements, to applied with stats of conciliation and four sublime states of mind via leaders who had leadership, supporting and driven the right things through regulations

2) Ecclesiastical will be set together with the burden of studying the scriptures and merit. The leaders described for objectives to learn and motivated students by supporting and commitment them with successful.

3) Education support, He set Sunday Buddhist school and supported students. He was sacrifice himself to be pattern for students and recruited staffs for suitable with this jobs.

4) Buddhist Propagation, he used propagation integration such as applied dhamma media through many ways and launch new projects that will be preached in many merit events.

5) Buddhist Constructions and Reparations, he planed to constructions that considered wit usability and charming, and drove to human resource development in constructions too.

6) Public welfare, he donated the things for support community that needed help and sacrifice for social happiness.
