Abstract
The main objectives of this research are : 1) to study efficientcy community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province; 2) to compare efficient community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province by personal factors; 3) to study the problems, obstacle and suggestions for the efficient community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province
This research applied Mixed Methods Research consisting of qualitative and quantitative research. The samples were 363 persons living in Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province. The tool of the research was questionnaire with reliability at 0.940. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD.) and in-Depth interview from the 7 key informants.
Results of the Research revealed that:
1) Value efficiency community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province was at high level ( =3.81). When considering each aspect strengthening of the community, development of a better quality of life, creating value-added agriculture, management of natural resources and the environment, and development of public administration were at the high level in all aspects.
2) The comparison efficiency community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province using personal factors, showed that people with different sex, age, degree of education, occupation and income did not show significance on the efficiency community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.
3) The problems, obstacle and suggestions for efficiency community development of Yangkha Sub-District administrative organization, Phayuha Khiri District, Nakhon Sawan Province strengthening of the community invdved problems budget of the District government in community development. The suggested was learning community-based approach to philosophy and development plan for better quality of life. The problems cooperation in the development community was suggested to provide qualited education, create value-added agricultural product to promote good quality of life. The agricultural, management to get food of natural resources and the environment problems on development community problems should be encouraged participation in the management the natural resources and the environment. The development of public administration to manage community, was suggested that morality practice should be intro duced au performed as well.
