Abstract

                The objectives of this research are : 1) to study management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province ; 2) to compare opinion of people to management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province by personal factors ; 3) to study the problems, obstacle and suggestions for management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province.

                This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 382 people living in Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province. The tools of the research were questionnaire with the 0.89. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD.)and in-Depth interview from the 7 key informants.

Results of the Research

1) opinion of people to management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan the high level ( =3.82). When considering each aspect at the high level in all aspects.

2) compare opinion of people to management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province by personal factors found that the people having the different sex, age, degree of education, marriage status, occupation and income had opinion no the different level of management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.

3) The problems, obstacle and suggestions for management according to the Rajadhamma of Nongbua sub-district administrative organization Nongbua district, Nakhon Sawan province alms were problem transparency accountability and should cultivating a selfless philanthropists, canon were problem determining a fair punishment and should Practice basic precepts, donate were problem modifications migrate properly and should allow others to see the benefits of personal sacrifice, whiteness were problem relationships to the public and should Press Statement to the public, gentleness were problem sufficient life and should amity create humane treatment respect, perseverance were problem coveted benefit earned and should patience to work, no rage were problem violence To solve problems and should forgive each other, no persecuted were problem social assistance on capacity and should planning meeting to discuss the benefits and impacts, tolerance were problem benefit to the public and should tolerance, equity were problem efforts to solve the problem by peaceful means and should neutralization prejudice.
