ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province. 2) To compare the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province, and 3) To study the problems, trouble and suggestion about the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province
This research used mixed-research consisting of quantitative research, survey research, and qualitative research. The sample group in this research was 340 persons in responsible areas of local health promotion programs hospital of Tharong sub district Wichianburi distrit Phetchabun province the population consisted of e 15,534 person the method of Taro Yamane formula was applied. The data collection instrument was questionnaire. The reliability levels showed at 0.801. The statistics for data analyses were frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test and F-test. Data analysis methods are One Way ANOVA by Least Significant Difference: (LSD) the qualitative research by In-depth. Interview method with 8 key informants technical analysis of context analysis was used in this study was applied.
The results of the research revealed that:
1.The publicopinion on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province in overall value was at the medium level ( = 2.79). Considering the average value of each item, people had opinion on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province in every item was at the medium level.
2. The comparison opinion on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province which classified by personal factors, found that people who had different gender, age, occupation, and experience from getting service had opinions on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province was not different. So, it refused the hypothesis. People who have different study and income had opinions on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province showed difference with the statistical significant at 0.05. So, the hypothesis was accepted.
3. The problems, trouble and suggestions on the public service according to sangahavatthudhamma of Tharong Tambon health promoting hospital Wichianburi District, Phetchabun Province were: 1) public relations about diseases prevention did not exist. 2) Service recipients did not get good service which should be getting good result. 3) The actions of some personnel was unfit to serve. 4) In addition to treatment, the personnel did not recommend any useful information. 5) The personnel lacked of attention to the service recipients. 6) There was lacking of participation between staff and service recipients. 7) there was no warning.
The suggestions in this study involved: There should have public relations and showed educate signs public about diseases prevention everywhere. The employees should give good consulting services to service recipients. The employees should be trained to improve their service. The administrators should plan the participation between employees and services recipients for solving problems and for being a good model to other units.
