Abstract

Abstract

 

The main objectives of this research are : 1) to study human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma ;2) to compare opinion human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma by personal factors; 3) to study the problems, obstacle and suggestions for human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma

                This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 257 monks in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province. The tools of the research were questionnaire with the 0.91.The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference (LSD.)and in-Depth interview from the 7 key informants.

Results of the Research

1) Human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma the high level ( =4.11). When considering each aspect at the high level in all aspects.

2) The compare opinion human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma by personal factors to age, rainy season, general education, palieducation, and theologian education were monks having the different age, rainy season, general education, palieducation, and theologian education had no opinion human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma. Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.

 

3) Problems, obstacle for human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma were problem rest to suit the position, problem talks with the results, problem issue of allowing priests and temple committee to participate in the review, problem division of labor as appropriate be fair to everyone, problem duty by maintaining discipline, and problem fix the problems together to get things done well. Suggestions for human resource development of the sangha in Takhli district, Nakhon Sawan province to saraniyadhamma were should act quickly, should good interpersonal flattering hospitable smiling, should talking and work with caring for the welfare of all people, should develop measures with sincerity without expecting something in return, should act as a role model, and should work as a team.
