The objectives of this research were to 1) study the effectiveness of decentralization administration management of local governments organization phichit municipality, phichit province, 2)  compare opinions towards effectivess of decentralization administration management of local governments organization in Phichit Municipality, Phichit Province, and 3) study problems, obstracles, and suggestions in voting of decentralization administration management of local governments organization phichit municipality, phichit province.

              The Studyof Results were as follows

              1) The studied sampies showed the overall values of the effectiveness of decentralization administration management of local governments organization phichit municipality, phichit province was at high level ( = 4.00). considering values of each iltem, it turned out that the infrastructure at ( = 3.99), life improvement affairs at ( = 3.99), community/social ordering and security promotion at ( =3.90), the pianning, investment promolion, commerce and tourism at ( =3.79), Environmental natural resources management and conservation at ( = 4.04), and art, culture, traditions and locsl wisdom at ( = 4.00).

              2) The studied of the comparison of opinions towards the effectiveness of decentralization administration management of local governments organization phichit municipality, phichit province classifying by personal factors was that sample with different sex, age, education, career, in come had in significant opinion. This disagreed with the study hypothesis.

              3) The studied prodlems and obstacles revealed that the construction and road maintenance system was not done in full function, lock of career and local wisdom promotion to achieve community strengthening, lock of social ordering equality, lack of PR development on tourism, for the suggestions, it showed that the control and supervision system on construction and road maintenance should be established moreover, in the area of municipality  there should be promotion programs for young people, participation in problem solving and development coordinates plans should  be set up and career promotion and more opportunity for formers and public should be carried ont.
