ABSTRACT

          This  research  is of  3  objectives namely  :-   1)  to  study   the  concept and Communication Theories of the propagation of the Dhammas,    2)  to  study  the formats and the processes of Dhammas  propagation by Ven. Phra  V. Vajiramedhī (Phramaha Vudhijai Vajiramedhī ) ,  and 3) to study the Roles and Dhammas  propagation by Ven. Phra  V. Vajiramedhī (Phramaha Vudhijai Vajiramedhī) in societies,  including the problems and the obstacles.                   

          From  the research,  it is found that :-

          The Communication Theories of the propagation of the Dhammas with the effectives  must be of 4  points :-  1) the sender of the  messages 2) the messages 3) the medias 4) the receivers. The Buddhist methods of the instructions and the propagations of the Dhammas by the Buddha are the ways of the propagation of the Dhammas by the Saïghas according to the Buddhist methods of teaching at thepresent time.  The spread of Dhammas began by Ven. Phra Dhammakosācariya (Buddhadàsa), Phra Brahmmaïgalācariya (Ven. Panyā Nandha Bhikkhu), Phra Brahmmagunabhorn (P.A. Payutto), Phra Rājdhammanides (Phra Phayom Kalyāno),  Phramaha  Sompong Tālaputto.  From the year 2547 to the present year 2558, Phramaha Vudhijai Vajiramedhī used his pen name as V. Vajiramedhī, He has written the book called ‘Dhamma Tid Peek’ popularly known.

          The formats of his propagation of the Dhammas are the printing medias, the television medias, the radio medias and the Social medias. The processes of his propagation of the Dhammas are :-  1) The  usings of the language technique is the building up of the idioms and the new words, the comparative words, the consistent words, the vogue words, the transliteration words,  the humour words. 2) The usings of techniques to present the spreading of the Dhammas with the exemplifying, the behaviour, the experience and the document data.

          Ven. Phra  V. Vajiramedhī’ s roles of the propagation of the Dhammas are the presentation of the Dhammas with various formats and the every used ways,  because  he thinks that  this world is composed of many people of various the thoughts, beliefs, the intelligences, background in societies, and the sorrow in their lives. Then,  Ven. Phra  V. Vajiramedhī must apply the sermon, the Instruction and  the propagation to the spread of the Dhammas. The problems and the obstacles of the propagation of the Dhammas are that there are the few personels to teach the Dhammas.  Ven. Phra  V. Vajiramedhī has  tried to solve the problems respectively. However, in 5 years in the future. These problems will be in decrease.
