Abstract
This thesis is of 3 objectives, namely:- 1. to study the states of the problems and the obstacles in administrating the work in the 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment. 2. To build up the ways of administrating the work according the Buddhist Principles in the 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment. 3. To propose the way of administrating the work according to the Buddhist Principles in the 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment.
From the research, it is found that the administration of the 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment was established in 2467 B.E. and was of the permanent establishment place Kamphaengphet Akhara Yothin Camp, Samut Sakhon Province in 2520 B.E. It is of the duties to set up the ways of every communication and can communicate with related armies and given mental offices with the same success and unity. There are many problems and obstacles in different administrations:- 1. On the side of the power strength which is of the problems regarding the change of the people’s frame works which are of the numbers of the strong men, the fact of which is the factor leading to the loss activity of the army. 2. On the side of sending the power which is of two problems and obstacles in administration, namely:- 1. On the side of the budget, on the side of welfare, 3. On the side of fighting which is of 4 problems and obstacles in the work administration, namely:- 1. On the side of the communicational systems and the communicational instrument. 2. On the side of training. 3. On the side of practice of the field communication. 4. On the side of the news. 4. On the side of the civil activities which are of the problems and the obstacles in administrating the work which are of the limits in setting up the plan and the practice of the public works by which and most consider about in states and the legal condition of the country universally.
The propose the way of the administration of the work according the Buddhist principles in the 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment by administrating the work according to the principle of 5 Balas:- 1. The military officer should have the Faith in his own work unit in order to prevent the national institution, the religion, and the King. 2. The army officers should have the effort in training the body to be always ready. 3. The members of the army should have the mindfulness to contrite themselves, when they face with the undesirable temperaments. 4. The army officers should have the concentration (Samādhi) in learning the military subjects and other subjects. 5. The army officers should have the wisdom in connecting and co-operating with the related work units. The administration of the work according to the principles of Saṅgahavatthu is as follows. 1. The army officers are of the helpful minds to give the things to the friends working in the same office. 2. The army officers should have a gentle and sweet speech. 3. The army officers should think of the benefit the individual benefits and others’ ones. 4. The army officers should keep themselves equally, whether the persons are the working friends as the others. The administration of the works according to the Principles of the 4 Brahmavihāras are:- 1. the officers should have Mettā to all the army officers. 2. The army officers should have the pity when other officers are in suffering. 3. The army officers should be pleased with the success receives by others. 4. The army officers should be of the middle minds. The 101ST Signal Battalion 1ST Signal Regiment should bring all the 5 groups of the doctrinal principles to be used in administrating the works successfully for the progress and the development of the county and the peoples forever.
