Abstract

                                               ABSTRACT

 

This research aims to study the conditions as follows:

1), Human resources management, the school of religious education. General Department study; group 4

2) To study the Buddha integrated human resource management in the school of religious education. General Department study 4 Division

3) In order to present an integrated model of human resource management in the Buddhist school of religious education. General Department study group 4

Using the Merge method, research (Mixed Method Research) quantitative research is given by a sample from a Manager, Director Teachers and Staff/Employees the school of  religious education. General Department study; group 4 , Total number  of  people will be 197/PAX . Storing data with a query and statistical analysis of data with values in percent average, standard deviation, and the researchers did in-depth interviews with storage from a group of experts from the Executive and from the Institute of education and the organisation of research results involving 18 persons has found.

1) Analysis about human resource management of the integrated in the school of  religious education. General Department study found that in a group of 4 images included in intermediate and considering the aspects of the sacrament are found in the medium, so is development and intelligence, respectively.

2), human resources management integrated in Buddhism of the Buddha School religious education. The Department consists of 4 groups of ordinary education. Changes to the education, training, and procedures developed by the threefold training: concentration of intelligence into it by the study will be to provide knowledge. Change the view angle of new ideas of theoretical knowledge, wisdom, and meditation. When the knowledge available in a level, and then into the training process, which is bringing the knowledge and understanding needed, In term of practicality over theory into the development process, which is the last process in both knowledge and practical insight necessary to achievement is to leverage the potential of human resources, with the school's religious precepts of Buddha. The annual Department study group 4 into the process of education, training and development, according to the principle of the entire route 3 possesses threefold training.

3) Synthesis of Buddhism, human resources management, integration of School religious education. General Department study group 4.  The output from a process of education, training and development, according to the principle of threefold training of human resources as a result of School religious education. General Education Department group 4 consists of 3 E’s Ethics as morality, Education as well educated  and Effectiveness is based on the Buddhist principles of human resources management integrated in the school of Religious education General Department study group 4
