ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the components for the best management in teaching and learning management of Phrariyattidham in Sangha Administration Region II., 2) to analysis generality for the best management in teaching and learning management of Phrariyattidham in Sangha Administration Region II and 3) to propose the model of the best management in teaching and learning management of Phrariyattidham in Sangha Administration Region II. The researcher used the mixed research method comprising both qualitative and quantitative approach. For the quantitative research, the study was conducted by collecting the data 191 persons by Cluster Sampling. The simple size was calculated by using Taro Yamane formula. For qualitative research , the study was conducted by In-depth interviewing from 22 key informants. By then the researcher used the information receiving from the 9 focus group to back up the research model. The data were analyzed by using content analysis.
The research findings were as follows:
1) The majors of executives , Instructors , staffs and students were monks total 182 as 95.3 % who were age between 21-40 years total 118 persons 61.8 % , 1-5 ordination years , 81 persons 42.4 % had education below bachelor degree , 105 persons 55 % had the first class in Buddhism education , 102 persons 53.3 % and not had Buddhist education total 129 persons 67.5 %. The executives , Instructors , staffs and students had the overall of opinion about the best management in teaching and learning management of Phrariyattidham in Sangha Administration Region II in high level ( = 4.00, S.D. = 0.628) and when considered each aspects found in high level all aspects as knowledge , innovation and technology ( = 4.02, S.D. = 0.729) The management system ( = 4.01, S.D. = 0.692) Human resource ( = 4.00, S.D. = 0.677) and organization ( = 3.98, S.D. = 0.667)
2) The generality of human resource management found that to built and developed the persons to had quality heath and mind by gave their more knowledge and quality development in instructions that impacted to increase number of students , to increase information for community acknowledge and coordinated with concern persons for add the people motivation. In the dimension of organization , developed standard for educational Buddhism quality and strength organization by executive and instructors development , Learning organization for built identity in education system and temple development for the source of knowledge in Buddhism. In the management, developed educational Buddhism organization for merit and ethics model and the proactive propagation together with learners development to became to role model in Thai social according to good governance.
3) The model of the best management in teaching and learning management of Phrariyattidham in Sangha Administration Region II were as follows 1. The model to built and human resource development that the target were the executives instructors and students who had good body and mind for the product were a) The exexcutives and instructors had the more ethics. b) the more numbers of Buddhism education students. 2. The model to set strength and quality of Buddhist education organization development to identity by the professional executive and learning organization. 3. The model of efficiency innovation and new information technology for education system and temple development for the source of knowledge in Buddhism. The last model was 4. management system development that developed educational Buddhism organization for merit and ethics model for the graduated were become to smart persons in social by the quality instruction and good governance.
