ABSTRACT
The thesis entitled The Buddhist Method for The Local Organizative Leaders’ Participation Promoting Administrative of Bangkok Metropolitan. aimed to 1) to study the general involvement of community leaders in local governance Bangkok 2) to study the problems and integrate Buddhist principles and theories involved in promoting participation. The research was a mixed method research. Quantitative research by the samples used in the study were 154 samples. in 6 district. Khet Dusit, Khet Bangkorlaem, Khet Bangsue, Khet Bangkapi, Khet Talingchan and Khet Pasicharoen. And The in-deft interviews was also conducted with 19 experts. The Expert were as follow 8 Academics Monks. The Academic 3 samples. The Administrative Officers 4 samples. The Local leaders 4 people, The statistic instruments used in data analysis were frequency, percentile, mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.) and In-depth Interview.
The results of the study :
The local organizative leaders’ participation promoting administrative of Bangkok Metropolitan was middle level. The side of the highest average are 1) participation in the benefits. Followed by 2) participation in operation 3) participation in decision making. And the average minimum is 4) participating in the evaluation, respectively.
