The study entitled “The Members’ Satisfaction Towards The Service Principle Applying Four Sanghahavatthus of  Nakhonsawan Public Health Saving and Credit Coorperatives Limited

This research had the following objectives 

1) to study the state and problem of members’ satisfaction towards the Service Principle applying Four Sanghahavatthus of Nakhonsawan Public Health Saving and Credit Coorperatives Limited. 

2) to compare members’ satisfaction level towards the Service Principle applying Four Sanghahavatthus of Nakhonsawan Public Health Saving and Credit Coorperatives Limited classifying by personnels factors.

3) to propose the development of services by applying Four Sanghahavatthus of Nakhonsawan Public Health Saving and Credit Coorperatives Limited.

 

The Researcher had studied the conceps theories Four Sanghahavatthus related literature and determined conceptual framework including independent variables and dependent variables. The study employed quatitative research which was the Survey Research.

The subjects of the sample were the the members of Nakhonsawan Public Health Saving and Credit Coorperatives Limited for 270 persons.

The sampling method was purposive sampling. The sample size was determined by table of V.R. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan. The research tool was created by the researcher both closed ended and opened questions. The content reliability of the questionnaire was 0.953 by means of alpha (α) coefficiency) the IOC each item of questionnaire was between 0.5 and more over.

The analysis of data had been done by SPSS programe .The statistics used in this study were frequency distibution, percentage, mean and standard  deviation. The test of hypotheses  were performed  by F- test (One Way ANOVA) and multiple comparison by Scheffe method.

The findings of this study were as follows 

1) Personal conditions of the respondents between the age group 30-50 years were than other age groups . Group of bachelor degree  level were more than the orther groups . Government officials and pensioned officials were outnumber than the orther groups. According to duration of the membership, it was found that most respondents were the member more than 20 years.  Income group less than 20,000 Bath were more than other groups. 

2) Satisfaction levels of the memers for the service as a whole were in high level. When considering to each aspect, it was found that every level  were in high level. In descending order, they appeared that Samanatata, Dana, Atthajariya and piyavaca. 

3) When compare the satisfaction of the members towards the services according to Four Sangahavatthus, they were found that age, education level, position, duration of the membership and incomes. They were found that difference in these factors caused to differences in memmbers’ Satisfaction  towards the services at 0.5 significant level.

             4) The problems and barriers in the service of the cooperative that were found more in each aspect.

                              1) D±na : the co-operative officials were reluctant and did not intend in service.

                              2) Piyav±c± : some of cooperative officials speaking words that were not polite, pleasant to the ears.

                              3) Atthacariy± : the cooperative members were not making an effort  to lend a hand to others in there activities.

                              4) Sam±nattat± : some  cooperative officials were not putting  oneself in communion with orther in  brief these were to help through contributions of  money, material things or knowledge.

                 The ways to development the results of this study were found that cooperative members were satisfied in service at high level. The researcher let a way the Four Sanghahavatthus.

                              1) D±na : giving; being kind, generous; sacrificing, sharing, helping and providing assistance with the four necessities .

                              2) Piyav±c±  : amicable speech; speaking words that are polite, pleasant to the ears and helpful.

                              3) Atthacariy± : helpful action; helping with physical service , making an effort to lend a hand to orthers in their activities.

                        4) Sam±nattat±  : participation; putting oneself in communion with orthers ; behaving consistently and impartially ; behaving equitably toward all people.
