Abstract
The objectives of this study were: 1) to study the satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training (Sikkhattaya), 2) to compare the satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, barriers, and ways for the improvement of the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training.
This research applied Survey Research.
The sample of the study was 162 personnel: teachers, government employees, temporary employees, and permanent employees. The results of the study found that Overall, the satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training was in high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that
1. For the administration of the executives according to training in higher morality (Sila-sikkha) and training in higher mentality (Samadhi-sikkha), it was found that the satisfaction was in high level. Moreover, for the administration of the executives according to training in higher wisdom (Panna-sikkha), it was found that the satisfaction was in middle level.
2. For the comparison of the personnel's satisfaction toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training by classifying on the personal factors: sex, age, educational degree, position, and work experience, it was found that the different sex did not influence the different satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training at 0.05 of statistical significance. However, the different age influenced the different satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training at 0.05 of statistical significance. For the multiple comparisons of the personnel's satisfaction toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training, it was found that the different sex, , age, educational degree, position, and work experience influenced the different satisfaction of the personnel toward the administration of the executives at Kamphaengphet Technical College according to the Threefold Training at 0.05 of statistical significance.
3. The problems and the barriers in the administration of the executives were for the resources management section, the executives must perform in the rule of the procurement appropriately, evaluate the works of the personnel justly, and pay the budget of the project beneficially. For the academic section, the executives must provide the supervision of the teaching, promote the researches and the research fund, and use the results of the research for resolving the learning and teaching problems. For the student affairs section, the executives must have the flexibility in the students’ regulations , always give the students’ suggestions, and be fair with them. For the planning section, the executives must perform according to the standard of Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization), monitor and evaluate the project of the organization, and improve the administration. Moreover, the ways for the improvement of the administration of the executives were the promotion, the following, and the consideration. For the promotion, the executives should increase the criterion for the performance according to the action plan, hold on the information, hustle the evaluation for the working efficiency, and inform the teaching management of the teachers thoroughly. For the following, the executives should evaluate the procurement according to the rule and always follow the working of the personnel. Finally, the executives should pay the budget for the highest benefit in the education, use the results of the research for the learning and teaching process, and consider the reward and the penalty for the personnel according to the discipline of the government.
