The objective of this research were ; 1) to study the level of motivation in job preventing and suppressing of police 2) to study the factor that velated to motivation in job for prevent and suppress of police at Samrongtai police station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province 3) to study the retionship between 4 Iddhipada and motivation in Job For Prevent and Suppress of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province and 4) to study the problem obstacle and recommendation to make the motivation in Job For Prevent and Suppress of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province.
This research is mixed - method research by quantitative research. The sample of research is 104 policeman at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province. The tool that use to collect the data is questionnaire. Analyzing the data by readymade program. The statistic analyze the level of motiration. The tool are Frequencies, mean, standard deviation. To examine the hypothesis about relationship between 4 Iddhibada and motivation in Job For Prevent and Suppress of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province, analyze by finding pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and the qualitative research is in-depth interview. The number of samples that the researcher interview is 7 policeman by using technique of content analysis.
The results showed that
1. The motivation level in job for preventing and suppressing of police 4 Iddhibada is in maximum level ( =3.95) by considering the overall and considering the each aspects. Including The proxy, The persistence The chittagong, The scrutiny.
2. The factors that relate to motivation in Job For Prevent and Suppress of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province. The overall level of police performance follow by motivation concept is medium level, ( = 3.31 S.D=374). Considering the each aspects revealed that the police performance follow by motivation concept is in medium level repectively. The average of stimulated factor is 3.42 and the arerage of support factor is 3.19
3. The relationship between 4 Iddhibada and in Job for Preventing and Suppressing of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province. Revealed that the overall police performance are positive and high level (R=1.000**)
4. The problems and obstacle in the performance of Special Branch Police of Police at Samrongtai Police Station in Phrapradaeng District, Samutprakarn Province, including revenue is not enough, intervention in determining the merits and lack of modern equipment in the workplace, should educate, believe in and make the trust to the people.
5. Interview summary : Motivation is important for work, especially administration. If there is motivation such as progress or accomplishment, It will make administration more efficiency and atmosphere in workplace, work assignment suitable for worker, device and equipment management, and workplace management. Because all of that has take part in work performance more better
and motivate workers satisfy to their work. |
