Abstract

 The objectives of this research were; 1) To study educational policy of Ta Jan Sub-District local administrative Organization, Kong District , Nakon Ratchasima Province. 2) To study the administration of Ta Jan Sub-District local administrative Organization, Kong District, Nakon Ratchasima Province and 3) To study problems , obstacles , recommendations and solutions for education administration of Ta Jan Sub-District Administrative Organization, Kong District, Nakon Ratchasima Province. The mixed research method between qualitative and quantitative research. Quantitative research was the survey method. Population used in this research were people whose ages were more than 20 years, within local administrative organization of Tar Jan Sub-District, Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 378 samples were purposefully selected  using Taro Yamane’s sample size table. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance. and using Open-ended Questionnaire for surveying people’s opinion toward education management of local administrative organization  of Tar Jan Sub-District, Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. As for the qualitative research, data were collected by In-Depth Interview with Key Informants 7 samples and data were analyzed by Content Analysis Techniques  

              Findings were as follows:

              1) Educational management policy of local administrative organization of Tar Jan Sub-District, Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were that(1 ).Encouraging people’s participation in developing educational management.(2).Support for establishing child development center. (3) Encouraging and support education by cooperation with academic institutes. (4) Supporting lunch and milk for students equally broadly which followed the 3-years educational developing plan (2013-2015).

              2) The people’s opinion toward education administration of  Ta Jan Sub-District local administrative organization, Kong District, Nakon Ratchasima Province , overall were at  high level (x= 3.57, S.D. = 0,879). The result can be classified as follows: supporting for lunch and milk to students was at  the highest level (x = 3.78, S.D. = 0.846). The next was  encouraging people’s participation in developing education administration (x = 3.55, S.D. = 0.891). The last one was  education supporting by coordination  with academic institutes (x = 3.46, S.D. = 0.912) which was the moderate level.

              3) Problems and recommendations for educational administration of Ta Jan Sub-District administrative organization, Kong District, Nakon Ratchasima Province were that; (1) Teachers-lecturers do not teach the whole subject-content because the whole course has too much contents and students can not understand the content in the lesson. (2) There are not enough children developing centers in each village and the fund was also not enough. (3) teachers were very few and the some projects that were cooperative with academic institutes became discontinuous. (4).There is not enough fund for lunch in each academic year and food raw material become too expensive in some seasons. Recommendations : (1) Local sub-district administrative organizations should have fund support in order to add more time for over time learning. There should be supporting teachers to continue their education so that they can develop their teaching techniques and skill. (2) Local Sub-District Administration should encourage more establishment of children developing centers in each village and allocate more budget For the schools.(3) Local Sub-District administrative organization should encourage more voluntary teachers and also should be more empowerment for more administrative authorities. .(4) Local Sub-District administrative organization should support funding for lunches in addition to the charity, or activity for fund raising. There should be agricultural activities for lunch to reduce the cost in time of food stuff were more expensive
