Abstract

 The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the generality of The Development of Communicative Leadership in Line with Buddhism of school administrators as Buddha-Dhamma integration, 2) to study the theory and the Buddha-Dhamma principle for The Development of Communicative Leadership in Line with Buddhism of the school administrators as of the Buddha-Dhamma integration, and 3) to present the ways for The Development of Communicative Leadership in Line with Buddhism of the school administrators as of the Buddha-Dhamma integration.

The Methodology was the Mixed Methods between the quantitative and the qualitative research. The quantitative research collected data from 255 samples consisting of the government officers, staffs, permanent employees and temporary employees in Uthai Thani Education Service Area Office 1 and 2. The tools were the questionnaires with 0.92 reliability value The qualitative research collected data from 15 key inform data who were experts in communicative wich structured-in-depth-interview by face-to-face Data were analysed by descriptive interpretation.

Findings were as follows :

              1. . Overall, the generality of The Development of Communicative Leadership in Line with Buddhism of school administrators as of Buddha-Dhamma integration in the information perception through the media was at the high level      ( x=3.85). When considering each aspect, it was found that the leadership knowledge in the communication with the radio was at the middle level ( x= 3.32), the ways for the communication useful to the educational development in Thai society was at the high level ( = 3.32), the communication of the leader as the cause of the school development was at the high level ( = 3.84), the role of the Buddhism  on the communication of the administrators was at the high level ( x= 3.72), and the success of the working ( = 3.02). The knowledge perception through the television, newspaper and internet was at the high level. Therefore, the generality of the leadership development for communication of school administrators was found that the communication of the organization through the media was the useful ways to the development when having the perception of the demand and the attitude of both groups for the success.

 2. The communicative leadership consisted of three aspects: 1) the capability in the communication, 2) the capability in getting the information and 3) the capability in the responsibility.  The communicative leadership would be efficient, and effective when firstly the administrators applied the true speech. Secondly, the administrators should speak the true things or on the basis of the truth, and speak in the useful thing when the administrators should speak fairly by the basis of the norm in the ethics. The thing that should not be neglected was the speaking that depended on the suitable rhythm, time or place. It made the communicative skill efficient and supported in the leadership of the administrators

3. The ways for The Development of Communicative Leadership in Line with Buddhism of the school administrators as of the Buddha-Dhamma integration were that the qualitative and quantitative research synthesis of induced the way for the leadership development for the communication as SUPHANGPIM-Model; as Sender consisting of S = sender, P = Personality, N = Niceness, and M = Morality, the capability of Message receiving consisting of U = Universality,   A = Awareness and    P = Purity, and the capability of the Responsibility consisting of H =  Hospitality,       G = Generality and I = Implementation.
