The objectives of thesis are 1) to study the theory idea that are involved
the management of efficiency in public welfare of the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha
in Thailand, 2) to study the good management in public welfare, 3) to present the
management of efficiency in public welfare of the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha in
Thailand.
The regulation of research was the mixed methods research that used
quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative research collected data from
personnel who gave the data were the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha amount 200
persons. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics,
and the part of qualitative research, the researcher studied from relative data and indepth
interview of personnel who gave main data were knowledgeable people
amount 26 persons and experts amount 9 persons by discussing with specific group
that were responsible with the management of efficiency in public welfare of the
Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha in Thailand. The data were analyzed by descriptive
statistics.
Research Result
1. Theory idea that is involved with development of management of
efficiency in public welfare of the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha is the process of
specified the direction and objectives belong to organization and identify the
development all short-term, medium-term and long-term which depend on the
proper each jobs. Leading of development operates to have productiveness that
provides the document that identify Vision, Mission and development of
management and the development of management uses for instruments to
coordinate and follow the operation in the part of organization is the same direction
and harmony to be systematic in order to develop the organization toward the
obvious objectives by covering trend of operation and activities of worker to have
the benefit for public which there are the benefits for developing of management in
public welfare of the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha.
2. In present , management of efficiency in public welfare of the Anam
Nikaya Buddhist Sangha in Thailand changes and develops to be better and can
recognize from the ideas of management of efficiency are management to follow the
new notions that emphasize to be the system which managers and experts will
increase the roles of management as well and can push the Anam Nikaya Buddhist
Sangha in Thailand has profitable points in competition and stable progression
among the severe variation in the world and need to develop new notions or new
capacities to be the frame that encourage new visions of organization by emphasizing
personnel but the vision is extensive to cover the ideas as
1) invention of public welfare that has the plan and potential
personnel to efficiently manage
2) encouragement of plan uses personnel to occur the most benefits
by encouraging the knowledge and warmth to be confidential and stable feeling
3) management in public welfare is central in management that has
the efficient of organization.
3. The management of efficiency in public welfare of the Anam Nikaya
Buddhist Sangha in Thailand to be successful and prosperous. The most important
thing of management is applicable to be the instruments to encourage the patience
and the perseverance to adjust the management of efficiency for moral decision by
1) to be the most important job cause to be the model for
management that involves with management of efficiency in other sides.
2) to be the process of management of efficiency in public welfare
identifies to have the quality enough and have benefits the most for the Anam
Nikaya Buddhist Sangha and
3) to be the process of management of efficiency prepares personnel
to have the suitable job and time and includes to develop the manpower to
efficiently occur and achieve the objectives of the Anam Nikaya Buddhist Sangha. |
