In this research there are two important purposes : for the study of education administration of Phrapariyattidhamma in pali section, school of Wat Molilokayaram and for the study of the obstructive problem and the way of development on education administration of Phrapariyattidhamma consisting of 5 direction. Those who are the target population in the study, are composed of administrators and instructors, the number of 18 administrators and teachers. for the number of 168 students there are monks and novices, total 186 students. This school locates at Wat Molilokayaram. tools used in research work are questionnaires and data analysis by using an average and standard deviation.
The result showed that :
1. Administrators and Instructors have ideas about the state of education administration, all of 5 directions : curriculum instruction management, instruction media learning and teaching activities. The direction of estimation and evaluation are in medium. Moreover students have idea that possibly it has much more activities
2. Administrators, Instructors and students have ideas about obstructive problem and the way of education management given below. 1) The obstructive problem on curriculum, that is, the content of much more curriculum, the lack of solution and improvement as well as it is not suitable for at present students. 2) obstructive problem on learning and teaching, that is, the content of too much curriculum, that is to say, how to provide teachers to teach each subject unsystematically and no standard, while there is no clearly instruction plan, whereas the teaching is not fixable. 3) obstructive problem on instruction media, that is, there is not modern medium enough, I mean media without the quality and no standard. 4) obstructive problem on learning and teaching activities, that is, activities promoted learning and teaching more less at that time, it has the lack of the liking with learned things. 5) obstructive problem on evaluation and estimation that is, while we are preparing monthly evaluation too much less. Such an evaluation emphasizes on the necessity significantly and it has the lack of recording systematic data.
The way of developing administration of the study of Phrapariyattidhamma in Pali section shown below. 1)curriculum, it should be improved about its quality content and suitably for students. 2) instruction provision, it should be improved flexible and suitably for students. 3) instruction media, it should have got modern instruction, instruments more and more addition whereas standard of texts is improved at well as possible. 4) instruction, it should have learning added activities more and more. 5) Evaluation and estimation, time of monthly evaluation should set up suitably. and evaluation in other purposes, besides monthly activities, should also be done for example evaluation about recognition. Finished already, data of valuation has to be kept systematically. |
