Abstract

 A study of the Personnel Administration According to The Bramvihara iv of Non-formal Educational Administrdor in Thonburi District Bangkok which has  three objectives namely 1.to study the Personnel Administration According to The Bramvihara iv of Non-formal Educational Administraor in Thonburi District Bangkok,to campare the Personnel Administration According to The Bramvihara iv of Non-formal Educational Administrator  in Thonburi District Bangkok, to study the suggestion of the Personnel Administration According to The Bramvihara iv  of  Non-formal Educational Administraor  in Thonburi District Bangkok. . The samples group used in this study were the administrators and teachers   consist of  252 people , and  the data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way analysis of variance).

 

The research found  that as follows :

Administrators and personnel education focus on the main personnel administrations under the Bramvihara iv of the overall was high level.  When considering  the each item  found  that  administrators and  teachers focus on the importance of personnel administration by Bramvihara iv  was high level in all , out  of  the most  to the least was  sympathetic joy and delight when others have the desire to please others and  the kind you wish to get more joy and equanimity , when others are happy respectively.

The  finding  showed  the comparison of the opinion  of  administrators and  teachers to the personnel administration according to administration under the Bramvihara iv classified by sex, age, level of education experience as a whole showed  that  opinion on administrators and  teachers at the management of the main Bramvihara iv of compassionate  love for others  to be happy, to please the desire for others to be happy, the kindliness glad  when  other well and detached, congratulations on another well. The difference was not statistically significant at 0.05.

            The suggestion of the Personnel Administration According to The Bramvihara iv of Non-formal Educational Administrators  in Thonburi District Bangkok were to: Kindly areas: To prepare  the plan in collaboration with academic staff openly  and support staff to develop their potential.Please areas: To  help the people of  the various problems sincerely.Kindliness areas :  Administrators  should be congratulated on a successful career in life of the staff.Detached areas: Administrators should be punished  the personnel education who against the rules are fairly.
