University, Wangnoi, Ayutthaya Province. The objectives are 1) to study thegeneral service administration in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wangnoi,

Ayutthaya Province, 2) to compare the general affairs administration has specified the personnel of the university in section in academic, professional operation, and general administration from MCU, main Campus. The sample group is 234 persons. The statistics using in this research is the Mean (X ), Standard Deviation S.D., t-test and f-test (One- way ANOVA) From the result of study is found that,

1. The overall of the general affairs administration in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wangnoi, Ayutthaya Province, the overall is more level, when studying in each side is found that it is in more level, it arrange from high to low that is the administration in general service, paperwork, finance and accounting, facilities, and registrar and evaluation.

 

2. The result of comparison the situation of monks and laities of the general affairs administration in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Wangnoi, Ayutthaya Province has classified by the sex, status, age, educational level, position, experience are the same in the mean is 0.05 significantly.
