The purposes of this research were : to study the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhamma for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma School, Khonkaen province, to compare the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhamma for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province, and to study approaches to promote the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhamma for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province. The sample covered two groups: 30 administrators and 111 teachers in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province. The tools of this research were the constructed questionnaire used for data collection. The collected data were analyzed by means of percentage, standard deviation, t-test, F-test. One-Way ANOVA Analysis of Variance was used to test the significance at 0.05 level.
A result of this research was found in the following aspects.
A study of the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhamma for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province in general was in the high level. When each aspect of this study was considered, it was in the high level. It could be organized in order as follows: Atthaññutā, Parisaññutā, Kālaññutā, Puggalaññutā, Mattaññutā, Dhammaññutā, and Attaññutā.
A result of comparing the opinion of the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhama for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province, classified with their status and experience, was found that it was significantly different at the 0.05 level and then, there was the acceptance of the proposed hypothesis.
The view of administrators and teachers on approaches to promote the leadership according to sevenfold Sappurisadhamma for administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, Khonkaen province was in the following point. Administrators in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools should apply the sevenfold Sappurisadhamma in the Phrapariyattidhamma Schools’administration and support them to perform in the concrete. It can promote the educational organizations to have more efficiency and effectiveness. |
