Abstract

                   The purpose of this research conducted as following 1) to study personnel educational administration by bases on sympathy IV (Sangahavatthu IV) in secondary schools Thonburi district Bangkok 2) to study the problem and suggestion. The main personnel educational administration by bases on sympathy IV (Sangahavatthu IV) in secondary schools sample used in the research include: Executive teacher of 254 people research tool queries is analyzed by the frequency percent average arithmetic standard deviation (t-test) and (One-way ANOVA) with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.

The results were as follows:

                  1. The main personnel educational administration by bases on sympathy IV (Sangahavatthu IV) in secondary schools level overview. When considering the report found that all 4 levels much above the sorting from the average 1.giving, 2.kindly speech, 3.life of service,  4.equality in impartiality.

                  2. The Problems and obstacles in personnel educational administration by bases on sympathy IV (Sangahavatthu IV) in secondary schools, students found that the giving (Dãnã) executive support activities. Tools to work less, the kindly speech (Piyãvãcã) from Executives lack vision in planning policies and lack of good advice, the identity. The lives of service (Atthãcãriyã) executives have and subordinate people attitude is not appropriate functionality and equality in impartiality (Sãmãnãttãtã) executives lack discipline loses a leadership and lack of fairness in administrative personnel and the main personnel educational administration by bases on sympathy IV (Sangahavatthu IV) in secondary schools, the Dãnã has been monitoring and supporting the activities of the welfare budget allocation, enough, the Piyãvãcã from the management. Displays the policy clearly Allows personnel to show ability and work, the identity Atthãcãriyã management should continue, and personnel. Their position is to assist people under good friendly relations with superiors and Sãmãnãttãtã Executives should coordinate with human relations and personnel by creating a leadership audience underling of stable.
