The study entitled ‘Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok’ was a survey research aiming to study Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok, to compare Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District classified according to age, qualification and present position and to study the problems and suggestions in Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok. The sample of the study was 234 Educational personnel of Primary schools in Khlong Samwa of Bangkok using a Stratified Random sampling method according to the given table of the sample size of Krejcie & Morgan. Statistics used for the data analysis was Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation, t-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance: F-test based on the ready-made computer programme. The results of the study were as follows:
FINDINGS:
1. The result of the data analysis of Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok to find out X and S.D. values in general in all the aspects it was found that 3 aspects were more and 2 ones were moderate. The aspects with more average values were staffing, promoting and developing and the moderate aspects were planning and evaluating respectively.
2. The result of the comparative analysis of Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok classified according to sex through t-test it was generally found not to be significantly different at .05 level and while considering each aspect it was found not to be significantly different at .05 level.
3. The result of the comparative analysis of Development Of Personnel Administration In Primary School Klongsamwa District Bangkok classified according to age, qualification and present position through the One-Way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA was as follows:
3.1 To the age it was generally found not to be significantly different at .05 level, while considering each aspect it was found that it was significantly different at .05 level.
3.2 To the qualification it was generally found that it was not significantly different at .05 level, while considering each aspect it was found to be significantly different at .05 level.
3.3 To the present position it was generally found that it was significantly different at .05 level, while considering each aspect it was found that the aspects of planning, promoting and evaluating were significantly different at .05 level. |
