The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province, 2) to compare the efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province with different personal status, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and guideline with the efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province. This research study use mixed methodology research both quantitative research and qualitative research by documents analysis and in-depth interviews. Using survey research, field study of Sangha administrators and monks in Chombung district Ratchaburi province - totaling 664, by random cluster sampling method. The tool for collecting data was the questionnaire is both closed and open-ended. The Researchers used in data analysis were the frequency, percentage (%), mean (  ), standard deviation (S.D.), test the hypothesis by testing the value t-test and F-test, one way analysis of variance, was found to be different, make difference compared to the pairs mean by Seheff's method, by the significantly different at the 0.05 with least significant difference or LSD.

The findings of this research are as follows:

          1. The efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province, the overall level is low, the mean was 2.42, when considering the separation aspects has found that the propagation techniques with the mean was 2.52, the propagation media with the mean was 2.54 at a moderate level, and the propagation policy, the propagation personnel, the form of propagation, in low level all aspects.

          2. The result of comparison the opinions of Sangha administrators and monks Toward the efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province with different personal status was found that the personal status are age, years of being monk, general education level, Dhamma education level, and Pali education level has results the significantly different at the 0.05 level - this match the hypothesis.

          3. The problems, obstacles and guideline in development the efficiency of Buddhist propagation of Sangha administrators in Chombung district, Ratchaburi province has found that:

          3.1 The propagation policy: the policy should be clear and possibility that it will propagation in the area.

          3.2 The propagation personnel: should be trained personnel the propagation more and should also include the media.

          3.3 The form of propagation: should be used media to avoid boredom for the listener and should be inserted activities to pull the listener to concentrate on the propagation.

          3.4 The propagation techniques: should be process by variety of the complement techniques to suit the area, and staff need to understand and capabilities the propagation process to training to people.

          3.5 The propagation media: should be trained to recognize the media production, and used as a medium for teaching all information accurate and appropriate to the listener.
