The objectives of this Mixed Method Research. The Qualitative Research and quantitative research has three main objectives are 1) to study The Administrative Roles of the Sangha Leaders in Administration of Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province, 2) to compare The Administrative Roles of the Sangha Leaders in Administration of Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province. and  3) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions relating to The Administrative Roles of the Sangha Leaders in Administration of Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province. Population used in this study. Sample of a priest who left the clergy under Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province, 248 were selected by simple random sampling method. Data collection tools included an interview. Form field and questionnaire analysis of data from the questionnaires were analyzed by using SPSS percent of respondents, and for general statistical mean and standard deviation for the comment. Data from field recordings using content analysis.

The results of research are found that ;

          1. The Administrative Roles of the Sangha Leaders in Administration of Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province is the overall level (= 3.76) was also found on the priest’s opinion about The Administrative Roles of the Sangha Leaders in Administration of Kamphaengsaen District, Nakhonpathom Province personnel (= 3.78) and property (= 3.96) and education (= 3.54)
