The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province according to the opinions of the Buddhist monks and novices, 2) to compare the Buddhist monks and novices opinions towards the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions towards the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province. This research uses the mixed methods between the quantitative research with the survey research was carried out in this study. The unit of study in research consisted of were 337 Buddhist monks and novices in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province. The tool used in data collection was questionnaire. The data analysis was computed by using statistical techniques such as the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis ANOVA (One way analysis of variance), and to compare the differences of paired means, the Least Significant Difference (LSD) was employed.

The findings of this research are as follows:

1) The Buddhist monks and novices opinions towards the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province were overall at a high levels ( = 3.55).  Having considered by each aspect, it was also rated at the high levels in the personality and the content, whereas others such as the medium of instruction was noted at moderate level.

2) With regard to comparison of the Buddhist monks and novices opinions towards the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that status, age, years of ordination and level of Pali studies had no significant differences,  thus rejecting the formulated hypotheses. While the level of general education and Dhamma studies respondents had statistical significant differences towards the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province at .05 level of confidence, therefore, accepting the set hypotheses.

3) The problems, obstacles and suggestions relating to the role on Buddhist Promotion of Sangha Administrators in Uthai District, Ayutthaya Province, that the Sangha Administrators of modern technology should be used in the propagation of Buddhism, such as radio, television or print media, Internet, etc., and have a pamlet or a printed books for the propagation of Buddhism.
