The main objectives of the research are: 1) to study the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province, 2) to compare the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province, classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province is effective. The samples used in this study were the Head of the Instatute practice, the Meditation Professor, the Coordinator and the practice. The samples consisted of 389 persons, which is derived by simple random sampling. Tools used to collect data were a questionnaire divided into three sections  the first is a personal data of respondents ; the second is the scale evaluated with 5 levels of performance in the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province, and the third is an open-ended questionnaire for the problems and suggestions for the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province. The statistics used for data analysis were the Program for Research in Social Science; the frequency is determined by the average (), standard deviation (S.D.), and statistical hypothesis testing using the F-test and a one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).

The findings of this research are as follows:

The efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province in three aspects, namely, Management, Masters and Buildings was ranked at the medium level. When considered in each aspect, it was found at the medium level in Management and Buildings aspects, at the high level in Masters aspect.

To compare the opinions on the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province, classified by personal factors, it was found no significant difference.

The problems and obstacles of the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province revealed that : Management include no record and no information practice, no promotions continuously and care not be comprehensive. Masters include scant, lack of experience and all it take too long. Buildings include no clean, accommodation and bathroom is not enough.

The Suggestions for the efficiency on the management of meditation centers in Ayutthaya province can be summarized as follows : Management include should be record and information practice for further development and should be promotions continuously. Masters include should increase masters and training  for increase knowledge to masters. Buildings include should increase accommodation and bathroom enough and take care for cleaning.
